It is known for its plethora of marine life and incredible dolphin encounters, it is also home to the iconic Captain Cook Monument. You’ll have the chance to observe dolphins in their natural habitat as you immerse yourself in the rich culture and breathtaking beauty of Hawai’i. Enjoy snorkeling in crystal-clear waters filled with vibrant fish and sea turtles and after snorkeling we will grill up a delicious lunch onboard. After snorkeling, we will head out to deeper waters in search of wild dolphins, humpback whales (seasonal), and other amazing marine life. 9:30 am departure
– Dolphin watching

Snorkel the reef that inspired Pixar’s Finding Nemo, widely regarded as one of the best snorkel sites in all of Hawaii! Snorkel with vibrant fish, corals and sea turtles next to Captain Cook monument and hang out on our water toys. Then, enjoy a BBQ lunch prepared on the grill onboard our boat! After snorkeling, we will head out to deeper waters in search of wild dolphins, humpback whales (seasonal), and other amazing marine life. This 4-hour tour is an ocean lover’s dream. Available Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends.

Yes, we do! You will be outfitted with a mask and fins shortly before we arrive at our snorkel destination.
If you’ve never used snorkel gear before, don’t worry. You can ask our crew any questions you have about how to breathe through a snorkel, how to keep a mask secure or how to use your fins in the water. Prescription masks are available (please contact our office in advance to confirm availability: (808) 636-8440).
You are also welcome to bring your own snorkel gear, if you prefer.

Please wear a swimsuit. You can put them on under your outfits before leaving to the harbor. We also recommend bringing a beach towel, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, and a long sleeve jacket or sweatshirt. You might also consider motion sickness medicine (It is most effective to take the pill an hour before leaving the hotel), a water-proof case or bag for your belongings and a reusable water bottle. Please be advised that your belongings may get wet.
This tour Includes lunch, snacks & water. You are also welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Alcohol is allowed as long as it is not in a glass bottle.

Absolutely, yes! Our crew are life-guard certified experts who are great at helping first-time snorkelers and young children feel comfortable in the water. If you don’t want to hop in, you can also purchase a discounted Ride-Along ticket.

Our speedboat raft “Kibou” allows for up to 30 guests on board.

Check-in is 30 minutes before your tour’s scheduled departure. Arrival and check-in is at Honokohau Harbor, 5 minutes north of Kailua-Kona. You will be sent driving directions to our Google location and photos of our check-in location at slip 17 within your confirmation email. Free parking is available.

We most often see sea turtles, coral and tropical fish. We also sometimes see species of dolphins and humpback whales* (seasonal*). Please note that because our tour operates in nature with wild animals, marine life sightings are not guaranteed.

The Marine Mammal Protection Act regulations prohibit feeding, attempting to feed, and harassing marine mammals in the wild. Touching and/or feeding wild marine life in Hawaii is against the law.

For the health and comfort of all our guests, Smoking is strictly prohibited on our tours. Please refrain from smoking during the duration of the tour. Vaping is permitted. Please be respectful of other guests on board.

For a full refund, call (808) 636-8440 up to 48 hours before the tour. In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will also receive a full refund. No-shows will be charged the full price. With a doctor’s note, you will be able to receive a full refund after the designated cancellation period if the doctor’s note applies only to the person who holds the note. If the person with a doctor’s note is a minor, we will honor one adult as guardian for full refund.

Tipping is not necessary but extremely appreciated! If you enjoyed your experience with us, we recommend tipping the crew via Venmo or cash on the boat. As a rule of thumb, a 20% tip is the average gratuity in the U.S.
