ABOUT

We will adventure offshore in search of deep water dolphins and other marine life. Upon finding dolphins, we will jump into the water and watch as they swim around us in the water. You’ll have multiple opportunities to jump in with the dolphins and can also view them from the boat.  Next, we will cruise back towards the island for our snorkel portion of the tour. During snorkeling, the guides will lead you through the water and point out wildlife along the way. You’ll have the opportunity to see green sea turtles, fish, and more! Once you’re back on board, take in the scenery as we make our way back down the coast.

Please note that dolphin drops are fast paced and this tour is recommended for strong swimmers

  • If you plan to swim with the dolphins you must be able to comfortably swim in the open ocean. Otherwise, please view from the boat

TOUR SCHEDULE & CHECK IN TIME 

  • Tour times: 7:30am-10:30am or 11:30am-2:30pm 
  • Complementary transportation available! Please verify pick-up time & location 
  • If you are driving yourself: 
    • Check in is 30 prior to tour departure 
    • Parking on the right side of the parking lot and wait on grass area outside of the brown building

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING DISCLAIMERS:

  1. This is an ocean tour recommended for guests who can swim comfortably in the ocean. If you cannot, the crew may ask you to watch from the boat for your safety
  2. Ocean conditions, weather conditions, and wildlife sightings are unpredictable and nothing is guaranteed. If we do not see dolphins from the boat, you can join again for 50% off ticket price.
  3. Ocean activities only when the weather is permitting
  4. Full refund available when you call (not email) 48 hours prior to departure date and time. Otherwise fees will stand as charged 
  5. Operator cancellations will result in a full refund

The duration might be longer depending on the dolphins. Please make sure that you do not have a tight schedule afterward.

Morning/ Mid-day tour schedule

7:00 AM / 10:30 AM: Arrival and check-in at Waianae Harbor /Self Drive check-in
✓Meet us at the front of the restroom, the building with the orange roof.
✓Please park your car on the right side of the harbor parking lot.
✓Our vessel is Dolphin Warrior

7:30 AM / 11:00 AM: Departure from the harbor
– Fitting snorkels, gear, and safety briefing
– Chanting for safety in ancient Hawaiian traditional style Oli (prayer)
– Cruise the ocean off the Waianae Coast to search for dolphins (Whales can be seen from December through April)
– First drop: Swimming with Dolphins
– Second Drop: Dolphin Watch
– Third Drop: Snorkeling at a spot with sea turtles and tropical fish

10:30 AM / 2:00 PM: Return to Waianae Harbor /Self Drive out
